• Mindy played “Over 30” women’s and coed soccer for 10 years
• She vacations with her family in Florida every year
• In her free time, Mindy enjoys sewing, sports, and gardening
• She loves to watch our  patients mature while getting a beautiful smile!

Susan

Front Desk Assistant

Family: Husband - Terry. Children - Austin, Chase, and Paige. Dog - Lola.
Fun Facts:

• Worked as an orthodontic assistant for 10 years before starting her family
• Very involved with her children’s school and PTSA
• Enjoys watching her kids play basketball, baseball, and volleyball

Family: Wonderful parents, two brothers, three nieces, and three nephews.

• Lori started working as an assistant when she was 17

• Enjoys trail biking, running, and spending time outside

Orthodontic Assistant

Family: Fiance-Jake. Dogs - Maggie, Macy, and Shelby.

• Graduated from Northwest High School

Jacque

Registered Dental Assistant, Clinic Coordinator, Radiation Safety Officer

Family: Husband of 25 years, Larry. Children - son Kendall, daughter Bailey. Pets- two Welsh Corgi dogs, Chase and Riley.

• Jacque has worked for Dr. CZ for 20 years
• Has lived in Southlake for 22 years
• Loves learning new things every day
• Enjoys watching the Texas Rangers!

Joanne

Family: Husband, Randy. Daughters - Megan, Lindsey, and Audrey. Dog - Lucy.
Fun Facts:

• Joanne is the oldest of eight siblings
• Worked at the American Embassy in Brussels, Belgium for four years
• Grew up on a 600 acre working farm in Missouri
• Completed a 150 mile bike ride fundraiser for MS
